Apollo Kids is a small-group strength and athletic development program for children ages 6–12.
Through expert coaching and structured training, kids build strength, coordination, and confidence
in a focused, supportive environment.

How It Works
Each class is designed to develop strength, movement quality, and athletic ability while keeping
kids engaged and challenged.
- Dynamic warm-ups and movement preparation
- Strength fundamentals: squats, pushes, carries, and core work
- Speed, agility, balance, and coordination training
- Games and challenges that reinforce learning through movement
Designed for ages 6–12. All experience levels are welcome.
Progression System
Apollo Kids follows a structured progression system that allows each child to develop over time.
As athletes improve their movement skills, strength, and confidence, they advance through four levels.
- Ignite — Learn movement fundamentals and class structure
- Build — Develop strength, coordination, and consistency
- Perform — Move with confidence, control, and athletic ability
- Lead — Demonstrate leadership, discipline, and strong technique
Progression is based on skill development, consistency, and coach evaluation—not just attendance.
Level Up Day
Every 8–10 weeks, athletes participate in Level Up Day.
During this session, kids demonstrate the skills they’ve been developing. Athletes who meet the
standard progress to the next level and receive a certificate recognizing their achievement.
Level Up Day builds confidence, reinforces effort, and gives each child a clear sense of progress.

- 1 session/week: $179/month
- 2 sessions/week: $299/month
