Sign up for goal-oriented group training led in our outdoor facility. Think of personal training in a group setting. All group classes remain small and intimate, with 1- 6 people per training. Ranging from total body HIIT, specific muscle group strength training, boxing, yoga, and more.

HOW IT WORKS

WE HAVE A FEW OPTIONS FOR SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING.

  • 2X PER WEEK SG PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - $549 (~$68 per session)

  • 3X PER WEEK SG PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - $800 (~$66 per session)

  • Single Session Drop in - $78 per session

Personal training programs renew on a monthly basis. Sessions do not rollover. Please purchase a subscription before booking a single class to avoid additional charges.


Breath and Beats @ Apollo Gym

​Tap into the power of deep restorative rest. Join us for an inward journey that combines breathwork, visualization, sound healing, and yoga nidra. All of these techniques aid in Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Science shows this state between sleeping and dreaming is highly impactful to physical and mental health.
