WE HAVE A FEW OPTIONS FOR SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING.
2X PER WEEK SG PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - $549 (~$68 per session)
3X PER WEEK SG PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - $800 (~$66 per session)
Single Session Drop in - $78 per session
Personal training programs renew on a monthly basis. Sessions do not rollover. Please purchase a subscription before booking a single class to avoid additional charges.

Tap into the power of deep restorative rest. Join us for an inward journey that combines breathwork, visualization, sound healing, and yoga nidra. All of these techniques aid in Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Science shows this state between sleeping and dreaming is highly impactful to physical and mental health.
