2 sessions/week: $549 (~$68 per session)
3 sessions/week: $755 (~$63 per session)
Single drop-in session: $78
Programs renew monthly. Sessions don’t carry over. Please buy a subscription before booking single classes to avoid extra fees.

Breath and Beats @ Apollo Gym
Tap into the power of deep restorative rest. Join us for an inward journey that combines breathwork, visualization, sound healing, and yoga nidra. All of these techniques aid in Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Science shows this state between sleeping and dreaming is highly impactful to physical and mental health.
This class is an hour-long and its benefits include:
