Catalyst Fitness LLC. (together with our affiliates, “Home of Apollo”, “we”, or “us”) provides an online fitness community and related products, services, content and features through Home of Apollo websites, such as those for our studio, support and shop (the “Home of Apollo Site(s)”), Home of Apollo’s fitness studio, and through mobile or desktop and Home of Apollo-controlled social media pages (including on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). To make these Terms easier to read, the Home of Apollo Site, along with the Home of Apollo tablet and studio interfaces and Home of Apollo-controlled social media pages are collectively called the “Home of Apollo Service” or “the Services”. By registering as a subscriber or by visiting, browsing, or using the Home of Apollo Service in any way, you (as a “user”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which forms a binding agreement between you and Home of Apollo.

PLEASE READ: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 20). READ CAREFULLY, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT, IF APPLICABLE, TO OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN SECTION 20 BELOW, OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND RPT WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-⁠WIDE ARBITRATION.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use the Home of Apollo Service. Certain elements of the Home of Apollo Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified from time to time; your use of those elements of the Home of Apollo Service is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by this reference.

Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any small group training services offered by Apollo ("we", "us", or "our"), you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Payment Policy

All payments for small group training sessions, class packages, or memberships must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via our online store or in person.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed classes

• Scheduling conflicts

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Failure to use all sessions within the designated time frame

We commit to honoring all valid class credits within the terms of your package, and encourage clients to use them within the timeframe noted.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

Credits or memberships may not be transferred to another individual without written consent from Apollo. Substitutions are not permitted unless explicitly approved.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a class must be canceled by Apollo due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issue, trainer emergency), affected participants will be issued a class credit to reschedule. No refunds will be given.

6. Health & Safety

By participating, you affirm that you are physically fit to engage in fitness activities and release Apollo and its staff from liability in case of injury, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
