Terms & Conditions of Participation

By purchasing, booking, or attending any class, session, or program offered by Catalyst Fitness LLC dba Apollo ("Apollo", "we", "our"), you ("Participant", "you") acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participating in physical fitness classes, personal training, or any related activity inherently involves risk of injury, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, cardiovascular complications, or other physical injuries. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation.

2. Medical Clearance

By participating, you confirm that:

You are physically able to take part in the program.

You have received clearance from your primary care physician or a licensed medical provider to engage in strenuous physical activity.

You will inform the coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participating.

You are solely responsible for managing your own physical limitations and modifications during the workout.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of your participation, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Catalyst Fitness LLC dba Apollo, its owners, trainers, staff, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any class, session, or event — including those caused by negligence.

This release includes, but is not limited to, any injuries arising from:

Equipment use or malfunction

Slip/trip/fall incidents

Environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, terrain)

The actions or omissions of other participants or staff

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, including unused classes, missed sessions, or scheduling conflicts. See full Refund Policy for details.

5. Media Release

You grant Apollo permission to use photos or videos captured during class for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By attending any class, you affirm that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
